This is a more secular technique to help de-stress, relax, improve concentration and enjoy more from life. Meditation can help you attain calm, develop concentration and cultivate happiness. This relaxing day opens you up to yourself and gives you a technique to use daily.

During the day you will learn about the benefits of meditation, the process of the release of stress and how meditation can transform your life. You will leave the day with a simple but powerful meditation technique that you can easily embrace into busy daily life.
