This membership offers you 2 online classes per week.

Rise and Shine 6:30-7:30 am Mon, Wed, Fri
Monday Foundation 6-7 pm
Tuesday For the stiffer body 9:30-10:30 am

This membership is a monthly rolling membership, 40 weeks per year, Minimum of 3 months, 1-month notice must be given to leave.

Course Information

Rise and Shine

This course is designed to get your morning off in a real positive way in body, mind, and soul.

Being organised, and prepared in the body and mind helps you organse your day to flow with more ease.

Preparing your body reducing aching and stiffness throughout the day.

Foundation Courses

This course focuses on all the Iyengar Foundation poses to help you learn more so you can understand your body and build strength and stamina.

The building blocks to help you progress in all areas of your health and wellbeing.

You will need a mat and it is useful to have a stool or chair, blanket, 4 yoga blocks and 2 yoga bricks.

This course can also be bought as monthly membership and secures your place for 12 months. You receive a discount doing it this way. check out the packages option

Yoga for the stiffer body

This course is designed for the stiffer person, and done at a slower pace.

Join me in the comfort of your own home to work on mobilising and strengthening your body, building a practice of Iyengar Yoga

You will need a mat and it is useful to have a stool or chair, blanket. If possible also blocks and yoga bricks.

This course can also be bought as monthly membership and secures your place for 12 months. You receive a discount doing it this way. check out the packages option.

Intermediate Course

Intermediate courses are for the regular practitioner who can do inverted work and has an established practice of 3 years minimum.

Must have all required equipment including a bolster.

Mixed Ability

This mixed ability course is for practitioners who have already completed a foundation course and in the early days of practice or can do inversions.

    I’ve been attending Janine’s Iyenga classes for 18 months now and I always thoroughly enjoy the way she teaches yoga, she is attentive to everyone’s needs, encouraging, supportive and very professional.

    It started doing yoga to help with a slipped disc which caused horrendous pain that affected my ability to sleep and walk. As a reception class teacher I needed to personally improve my posture. Janine was brilliant with me, she guided me through the poses, adapting them to enable me to feel a sense of achievement. This helped name strengthen my body and give me more awareness to then undergo a slipped disc operation but the consultant was impressed how the disc just slipped back without the need to shave anything off. That, I put down to yoga and not just any yoga – Iyengar Yoga and Janine’s approach to teaching it. I’ve dipped into many different types of yoga and exercise classes over the years but I like how Janine mixes it up and educated you on the way to live a healthier life.

    Janine is an amazing teacher even online! I took out the yoga Lounge membership during lockdown and was amazed how it helped me as I said even online. She really cares about helping you to achieve your goals and helps you learn about yourself to overcome your weaknesses. She has a flexible approach to teaching and helps you to incorporate yoga into your life style, no matter how busy you are. Janine is knowledgeable, warm and welcoming and makes yoga accessible to all. Whether you can’t manage to touch your toes, or you can do the most demanding asanas she helps you to progress to achieve your goals!
