Reiki

What is it?

Usui Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation that  promotes healing. It’s a gentle treatment done by laying hands on, or just above you and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us. If one’s “life force energy vibration” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Who is it for?

Anybody who needs to reduce pain, stress, anxiety and fatigue and who wants to feel nurtured in a safe place. It can help treat depression and low self esteem.

Why should I get involved?

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.  Many people have reported miraculous results. We need time to balance our energy and boost our mood, raise our vibration so the cells of the body can heal. This is a perfect opportunity for you to do this.
