Preparing your body reducing aching and stiffness throughout the day.
This course focuses on all the Iyengar Foundation poses to help you learn more so you can understand your body and build strength and stamina.
The building blocks to help you progress in all areas of your health and wellbeing.
You will need a mat and it is useful to have a stool or chair, blanket, 4 yoga blocks and 2 yoga bricks.

Yoga for the stiffer body
This course is designed for the stiffer person, and done at a slower pace.
Join me in the comfort of your own home to work on mobilising and strengthening your body, building a practice of Iyengar Yoga
You will need a mat and it is useful to have a stool or chair, blanket. If possible also blocks and yoga bricks.

Intermediate courses are for the regular practitioner who can do inverted work and has an established practice of 3 years minimum.
Must have all required equipment including a bolster.
This mixed ability course is for practitioners who have already completed a foundation course and in the early days of practice or can do inversions.
